Delete Dimension Price Grupping

This API allows for the deletion of a price band (dimension grouping) based on the specified DIMENSION_GROUPING parameter, which is used to define product pricing.

WARNING

Deletion is permitted only if the price band has not already been associated with size variants. To determine whether deletion is possible, check the erasable field returned by the Get dimensions grouping service.

Actors

API Client: The system or user initiating the request.

4ws.trade: The backend system that processes the request.

Preconditions

The external system must have the necessary permissions and access to the document creation service, please refer to Authentication.

The DIMENSION_GROUPING specified in the request URL must exist in the system; otherwise, the API will return an error indicating that the specified price band does not exist.

Main Success Scenario

The client sends a DELETE request for a specific price band. The system successfully deletes the price band and returns a confirmation with the prog_id and dimension_grouping of the deleted item.

Alternate Flows

Nonexistent Price Band:

If the specified DIMENSION_GROUPING does not exist, the API will respond with an error message indicating that the dimension group was not found.
